Meah is a senior in the Mass Media class at Big Spring High School (2025-26). She is 17 years old and is the secretary of the school’s student council as well as their branch of Quill & Scroll. She plans to attend a four-year college and major in journalism. Pictures taken by Kolberg are published in the 12/19/24 edition of The Sentinel. Recently, she traveled to Europe for 2 weeks and performed with the 2024 Youth Music Abroad Honor Band on their European tour. She has a story published in the 2024 Young Writers USA book: Trapped – Into the Labyrinth. She says her mother has had the biggest influence on her growing up because she showed her how to work hard and be a successful woman. Her teachers would describe her as responsible, conscientious, and fun.
